About Michael

My hitting program is designed to elevate young players' performance on the field while nurturing their passion for the game.

As a hitting instructor, my approach goes beyond merely fixing swing mechanics. I believe in cultivating repeatable, mechanically sound techniques while also delving into the crucial mental aspect of hitting. Whether it's simplifying complex concepts for young athletes or instilling confidence in their abilities, I prioritize developing hitters over quick fixes.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the tangible results of my students' hard work. There's nothing quite like receiving a text from a proud parent on a Saturday, sharing news of their player's standout performance at a game.

I'm passionate about empowering young athletes to reach their full potential and derive joy from their achievements on the field. If you're interested in partnering with me to unlock your player's hitting prowess, I'd love to connect and discuss how we can work together to achieve their goals.

Thank you for considering my hitting instructor services. I look forward to the opportunity to make a positive impact on your player's journey in the world of baseball/softball.

I will video my players and teach them the common areas that lead to a swing mechanics breakdown. We diagnose and discuss how to remedy the swing issues and formulate a treatment plan of drills to form a more consistent mechanically sound swing that the player can FEEL. I also discuss their approach at the plate mentally and their timing as well.

Anywhere from 7 year old rec players who are looking to get to the next level to 14 year olds looking to make the high school team at their tryout and all of the players in between.

Find the right instructor who can communicate effectively and is patient. Being able to put the terminology in simple easy to execute ways takes skill. The player should ask the parents when do I get to go to my next lesson. Mine usually do.
