With 2 years experience being a Head Coach at the Varsity Level, 5 Years Collegiate Baseball Experience and over 8 years experience working with players aged 5-18, I am the one stop shop for explosive baseball and softball skill and development.

1) Have a one on one session with the student where I assess his strengths and weaknesses.
2) Develop a baseline in my head of where the player currectly is skill and strength wise and guide to maximum potential.
3) Go over my expecatations at the conclusion of the first session and create a way-ahead with the player and parent.
