I can change workout plans based upon skill level and age. I will develop a practice plan according to what position the player plays along with what they need to improve on.
I have worked with both boys and girls. I have coached as young as middle school girls all the way to collegiately, where I coached men at the junior college level along with women at the NCAA Division II level.

I charge $30 an hour. I prefer cash as payment, though personal check would also be considered.
I also do not have access to a private gym or local school gym. Therefore, I will only travel to my students. The student would either need access to a school gym, have a local park nearby, or simply have a basket at their house!
