I have personal training certifications from NASM and ACSM as well as an associates degree as a fitness specialist. I specialize in basketball training, individuals, small groups and teams of all levels and age groups.

Natural progression into coaching after a lifetime of playing.

I have 5 years experience coaching college basketball, 4 years experience coaching high school basketball and 11 years coaching youth basketball through AAU, CYO, summer camps and training.
