About Andy
Having played sports all my life all through junior high and high school I've learned a few things that can help someone just starting out and or looking for some tips and tricks on how to improve.
For basketball players I will help you improve your one on one defense, rebounding, outside shooting, free throws and layups.
For football I focus on developing quarterbacks by improving long distance accuracy, throwing technique, how to read coverages and much more.
