About Len
We help people change their lives from the outside in! We're constantly going the 'extra mile' for our clients, whether it's our weekly e-Newsletter featuring fitness, health and recipe tips, to timely workshops on medical fitness, corrective exercise, health and lifestyle change.
Everything! Helping people exceed their health and fitness expectations and aspirations is our passion.
We've been an industry leader in the health, fitness and wellness field since 2000, way before personal training became a common household word.
Nationally Certified Personal Trainers and Certified Health Nutritionist.
We work closely with medical and healthcare professions to transition you in and out of injuries, accidents and chronic health conditions.

We take the time to speak and meet with you to find out not only your health and fitness interests, but also your hobbies, personal and professional life, dreams and aspirations. We then determine which trainer and training style seems right for your needs and then schedule a trial session to see if it's the right fit!
All ages, abilities and sizes are welcome with open arms!
Try a training session before you buy and don't just go with price! Something may sound great but not be what you need or are looking for.
Helping an elderly woman walk without her cane. Seeing young girls and boys struggling with their weight and self-esteem start to 'shine' from the outside in. Helping people eliminate and/or reduce their prescription medication.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Understand that good health and fitness is a journey not a destination. That you need to 'make' the time not 'find' the time. That working with the right personal trainer will change not only your physical but emotional well-being.
