About Claude
Born and raised in New York City, at a young age I developed an interest in sports, exercise, health and wellness. I graduated from Franklin Pierce College and earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Environmental Science and Minor in Biology. Following college, I was employed for the City of New York as an Investigator. I subsequently resigned and found my calling. Promoting the value of preventive medicine through exercise. I have been a Personal Trainer for seven plus years and
have certifications as an Instructor in KettleBell training, Advanced Stretching Techniques, Older Population, Integrated Stretching, and Boxing. I am experienced in TRX Suspension training, pre and post-natal training, instruct total body condition classes and outside small group training. I am daily practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Renzo Gracie under John Danaher and I enjoy teaching and sharing self-defense technique through submission grappling.
I understand the importance of exercise, and enjoy
helping people adapt a lifestyle that keeps you healthy and fit. It has been proven through countless methods, and the fact remains that exercise and staying fit is preventive medicine.
As a Personal Trainer, I emphasize the idea of exploring various methods to achieve your target. I will help guide you on a path to greater independence, so you can achieve the highest potential and enhance your quality of life.

Claude is an excellent trainer who is attentive each individual's needs. He encourages you to be your best and fittest self.
Claude is an awesome trainer. He’s super knowledgeable about anatomy and alignment and was able to figure out the source of my hip issues and work with me to strengthen the muscles I needed to address issues that have been plaguing me for years, that physical therapists were not able to resolve. He personalizes every workout, he’s patient but not TOO patient in the sense that he pushes me to the edge. Also just a really nice guy, fun to work with, reliable and seems invested.
Claude is both a knowledgeable and motivational trainer. He genuinely cares about you reaching your fitness goals. Claude keeps the training sessions challenging and fun even during a remote session. He will help make fitness your lifestyle choice. Claude can also quickly modify any planned training session to accommodate any injury/soreness you might have sustained between sessions, too. I am grateful to be able to train with him and highly recommend him.
