About Rob
* I have been training in martial arts and boxing for over 10 years.
* You will learn and develop different striking skills.
* Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology
* I work with beginners and also with athletes looking to compete.
* I love teaching and helping individuals achieve their martial arts/fitness goals.
I love practicing and teaching martial arts. I have experience coaching many levels, from beginners looking to learn the basics to fighters competing in the regional circuit. Training sessions are personalized based on the individual's goals, training age, skills, strengths, and weaknesses.
Certifications:
* Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
* Certified Boxing and Barbells Level 2 Boxing Coach
I started learning boxing, kickboxing, BJJ and gradually started to share and teach people the basics. It is super FUN!!!

I earned B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State Northridge.

I like to learn about the individual/client. What is their experience with exercise and martial arts? Are they medically cleared to start a training program? Injuries they have sustained in the past or currently? Goals?
The more information I have the better I am able to assist the client. :)
* Beginners * Intermediate * Advance. I have also thought young children 5-8 years old to teaching a boxing class made for senior citizens.
Learn from everyone, start slow and learn the basics.
