About Tracey
I'm a celebrity Pastry Chef that's been working in the hospital industry for over 21 year now. I love what I do. I'm the currently the Pastry Chef at Red Rooster located in the Historic Overtown Miami and former Cake Artis and Pastry Chef at the famous fountainbleu hotel in Miami I also was on the food network Spring Baking Championship season 5. I will teach you some secrets of cake decorating that will make you fell like a pro.

I started teaching an after school cake decorating class for middle school students & continued to teach in home classes for children birthday party's and Adult in home classes.
I studied pastry in Chicago at Kendall College and I'm self taught in Cake decorating.
