I mostly enjoy watching the faces of people when they eat a great meal whether i cook it or not. I also love learning new techniques and methods of cooking as well as the ever increasing food trends. I would love to help people fall in love with food again.😋

I'm a Chef/Baker with over twenty years experience. I've opened new restaurants and trained staff as well have operated my catering business. I've studied and learned different cultures cuisines and been overseas. Iam also studying to be a nutritionist.

Meeting my father and grandmother for the first time in 44years. 2020 Christmas and New Years 2021 i was able to be with my family and friends after living in California the last twelve years.
