About Mitzi
Fresh start cooking teaches people how to cook in a fast, easy and convenient way using the right equipment and cooking techniques for healthy food preparation. We also have local cooking classes at our facilities or can come to your home. We also promote healthy cooking products for an easier lifestyle while promoting disease prevention.

what I enjoy about my work is that I get to educate people on how to cook meals that will not only give them the maximum amount of nutrition in their cooked foods but I also teach them it does not have to be a hard or time consuming task to do.
I did not know how to cook nor did I know anything about health. When my husband had a heart attack at the age of 47 I was introduced to Saladmaster company and my journey of healthy cooking began.
