Amazing lessons. The moves are great, the songs are peppy, instructor manages to add new choreographies and songs every few weeks so the lesson doesn't become repetitive. The post workout stretch is my favorite part of the class where the instructor navigates us through full body stretches. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a happy cardio session!

Nazli is such an energetic and encouraging dance instructor! She had music from all around the world & many different genres. I had so much fun taking her class with my sister and mom. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get in a good workout while having fun!!
