About Jazmyn
I really hone in on what exactly the Dancer(s) needs at time of class so I am able fit the class based off of what they want to accomplish. I talk to them and work with them so We have a goal and we work together on reaching that goal!
Dance has giving something for me to strive for! It had exposed me to different Aspects of culture and helped me through varying difficulties in my life. It was there when no one else was and It has shaped me into the very human I am today. I want to give the very same passion I feel in my soul to my Student(s).
Ive been dancing since 9, Been a “Competition Kid” since 11 and I’ve Teaching since I was 15. Also, I Graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) with My Degree in Theatre Dance.

For my younger students, I talk to them or if a parent is involved I speak to the parent as well just so I Can get to know how their personality and sort of feel my around so I know which direction to head in for the lessons. Being tought by a new teacher can be a little awkward at times.
For the older students, I talk to them about their experiences:
•“What kind of training have you had in the past”?
•”Was their a teacher you didn’t like? What didn’t you like about them”?
•”What DID you like about them?”
•Etc
