About Brandon
I teach a fitness dance class that incorporates freestyle expression, fitness and cardio, yoga, and breath work into my practice. It's something I've been developing over the last many years I've been dancing in New York and Oakland, Ca.
I'm also a certified holistic health coach and yoga teacher. I like to incorporate fun, aerobic fitness, and strength training into my sessions.
I love working with all different kinda of people!
