About The
We offer drawing/painting classes for beginners,intermediate and advanced students. Each class is taught by professional artist Alfred A. Dolezal, an Austrian born symbolistic painter. All class dates and times are set to accommodate your schedule and our ongoing students. Group Sessions are welcome!
At an early age, I learned to appreciate the value of simple things in life and to trust that which was familiar. An avid artist even during my youth, my favorite school subjects were art and geometrical drawing. I soon discovered that by studying and copying the masters, I could sharpen my attention to details and teach myself the different technical aspects of painting. Since beginning professional oil painting in 1963, I have completed over 300 works. Everything that ever was achieved begins with the desire to accomplish something greater- be inspired to create!
The teacher is a professional artist and has been drawing/painting for over 50 years. His symbolic oil paintings has collectors in seven countries and by private owners across the U.S. His work is displayed in his gallery in Terrebonne. Oregon where he continues to create his work.

The teacher is available 7 days a week. Works with the students schedule and is very flexible. Alfred wants you to choose the subject matter that you find the most interesting to work with. This is a one on one private experience with the teacher.
The teacher has worked with students from Age 6 - 70+.

I have taken a couple of drawing classes and a number of painting classes from Alfred. I enjoy his class and have learned a great deal from him about painting. My grandchildren have taken a 2 hour class from him and created beautiful still lifes that we had framed for them. They are coming back this summer and want to do it again. They had never painted before!
Loved the classes with Alfred and gallery. Will be back!
Alfred is an excellent teacher, making the experience of learning to draw or paint very easy and fun. I highly recommend taking a lesson! (I signed up for a 4-class package and now am starting a second package after discovering that Alfred is very accommodating to my interests and ability.)
I never had the opportunity to work one on one with such a brilliant artist. While I stayed a week at the Eagle Crest Resort, I reserved a one on one session with Alfred. Having not picked up a pencil in years it was a relief to get inspired so quickly within his art studio/gallery. I learned new techniques and having my piece framed by Patti,Alfred's dear wife, just made it a memorable moment in such a beautiful place.
