About Jamie
Hey all! My name is Jamie and I'm just starting my tutoring business in Austin and I love helping other students succeed in writing up those dreaded english papers or conquering book analysis! I've taken both pre-AP and AP english courses all through highschool and I engoyed each and every one! ( I was also blessed with great teachers!) I have also taken honors American Literature this past semester which covered North American works. In high school, I was on the Final Draft (our schools literary magazine) for junior and senior year and was published in it my junior year. I have written over 150 creative prose pieces and have written a play and a short story.
I love helping others and I am good at writing and analysis/ correction on writing pieces so I decided to become a tutor!
I took all pre-AP and AP classes in English through high school (Westlake) and have taken honors American Lit in college. I tested out of taking Comp 2 in college because of my AP scores.
