About Emma
I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I went to BYU and got my Bachelor's degree in Public Health and then I went through the certification process to be a health coach. I want to provide one on one services where I work with clients to help them live healthier lives! I am compassionate and a good listener as well.
I love what I do because it is was has helped me live a healthy lifestyle and has helped me so much in my personal life. I want to do the same for other people! I also love to teach about health, help people create goals, and use principles of a behavior change model.
Health coaching is partially about teaching people about health. I have been doing it for about a year now.
I have a bachelor's degree in Public Health and am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

I get to know each person and what their long-term health goals are then we create a plan together to achieve those goals. I also try to see what each client knows about health and fill in the gaps!
Adults and seniors.
Make sure that they know what they are doing and qualified to teach you about it.
I loved having a discussion with a client about health and how we can prevent chronic diseases with healthier lifestyles.
