About Melissa
Hi! I train out my own private studio and have over 20 years of experience. I customize all my clients workouts to meet their needs and goals. I also include "diet coaching" if that is somthing you are interested in. I am a certified ISSA Personal Trainer. My website is (concealed information)
I started working out at age 20 and have loved it since day one. It was my passion that I wanted to pursue.
I am ISSA certified as well over 20 years of experience. It has been my life passion.

I normally talk to you over the phone to learn about your fitness goals and if you have any injuries that we may need to work around. We set up an appointment to meet and the initial session is to access where you are at and further go over your goals.
All sorts - from 15 years to 80 year olds
I train people that are looking to lose weight and tone up as well as clients looking to take their fitness to the next level. I even train competitors. I like having a wide variety of clients.
Not all trainers have the same expertise. Make sure you choose one that is knowledgeable and has a great deal of experience.
