About Richard
I am a corrective exercise specialist who has worked with a number of clients to correct their knee, back and/or shoulder injuries. I have a BS degree in sport science and over 15 years experience in the industry. As a trainer I adapt to the goals of the client and aim to make the workouts both fun and challenging.
I have a BSc degree in Biology & Sport Science. I am also an NASM certified corrective exercise specialist, sport specific specialist and personal trainer.

After an inital phone consultation to gain some background information on the client and their goals, I schedule a free in person training session.
During the free training session I take the client through a number of exercises to gage their ability and fitness level.
After the session is completed I sit down with the client, give them my recommendations, take them through the available training packages and set a schedule if they decide to proceed.
