About Roy
Hello! My name is Roy. I am certified by the ISSA as a personal trainer. I specialize in one on one sessions at my clients homes. I can lead you to reaching your goals. These goals can be appearance, health related, or diet planning. I charge $20 a session regardless of how long it lasts. I am in mid 30s and want to spread my knowledge with those that struggle, need motivation, or simply do not want to go to the gym when it's packed.
Feel free to contact me to schedule a time and place to meet in order to get to know each other. In person consultations are preferred as we can understand each other more and I can give you description of what exactly I can offer and help you accomplish.
