About Ruben
The amazing feeling of "I got it!!!", well, I like to share that feeling with my students. When a topic is difficult to understanding, often it is because some foundations are weak or missing, I do my best to catch those weaknesses and address them to get a better result in the learning process
I like working with math and physics because it feels like magic how you could describe the real world with organized ideas. Sharing that magic with my students is the most gratifying experience that I could have.
I was always interested in teaching, I prepared programming courses during my undergrad years, I helped students from other courses, even during my professional time experience I was teaching technical courses, I recall taking the course training the trainer, offered by my company.
During my undergrad I was TA in a Calculus class and even prepared an independent programming course for teachers and other students, In my Master I was TA in a math modeling class, and helped many students to study for the GRE (admission requirement math exam for grad school), In my time as Research Assistant at UT Austin I had the opportunity to help many student with transport phenomena.
