About Marty
The British comedian Stephen Fry once said, "If history has taught us one thing... it was that the Battle of Agincourt was in 1415." Students aren't usually interested in their history classes because they have to remember specific dates and specific people for specific events. That is not how I will help you learn history (or any social science), however. I will instead teach you to see history like an elaborate painting. Instead of looking at the small pencil marks, I will show you the large paint-strokes of history which show where we are today.
