Effective Self Defense for Average People - Affordable! Classes are easily structured to fit particular student needs. The combined defense skills class for average men and women to defend themselves against attack in real life situations. Affordable, 4 to 8 hour classes are focused on the average person avoiding, escaping or stopping violent attacks through use of many practical and effective options and defense principals. This class is unusual by offering a mix of defense skills the average person can easily understand and use. Your size, weight, age and experience do not matter for the student to master useful defensive skills. The class will encourage and prove to students that they are capable of defending themselves and give direction for future training.
Defense for Women - Effective Skills for Average Women
Special, Affordable class for women teaching effective skills for avoiding, escaping or effectively fighting off violent attack. Classes are made to fit the student needs. Women can easily learn to defend themselves. Women can CHOOSE not to become a victim. We train women to be prepared for threatening situations and how to respond to them, including simple and effective ways to defend themselves. Private and small group classes are available. Women are targets of predators, they need to learn to protect themselves.
