About Brett
Hi my name is Brett I'm a certified personal trainer and ex pro athlete. I build plans that are catered to individuals goals physical capabilities. I help people reach there full potential not there provided potential threw dedication, communication and motivation. Let's build our best selves together. I specialize in combat sports boxing,muay thai,mma, wrestling jujitsu ect
I started teaching kids classes when I turned pro to help motivate and inspire the next generation of combat sports athletes
I am a professional fighter my first pro fight was in 2000. I've trained boxing and wrestling since I was 4 years old. Have competed professionally in MMA,Muay thai,Kickboxing, Boxing, combat submission wrestling. Black belt level, private gym owner, student of the game.

I like to do a physical assessment our first meeting.Then discuss goals,expectations and schedule
Children,woman,I've had people with heart problems,diabetes,low self esteem,victims of bullying,domestic violence and law enforcement
Ask questions,talk to alot of instructors, schools ,ect ..find the person/place you feel most comfortable and trust the system
I love when an person im working with starts to see and develop the potential I've told them the have had all along

I started working with Brett after going through my second chemo treatment. He was the only thing that kept me going. I was at the lowest point of my life and was ready to give up, honestly. He kept me consistent and didn't give in to my complaining and feeling sorry for myself. He both pushed me and supported me. He taught me that my limits that I'd put on myself were well below my potential and he helped me see a future I didn't think was possible. He taught me to strengthen my body and my mind. I've never in my life had someone push me and believe in me like Brett did. I'm a better person and have a better future because of the training that he gave me. I will keep the lessons and use what he taught me for the rest of my life. He didn't just change my life, he saved it. I can never thank him enough.
