About Michael
I introduce a style of self defense taken from a scientific approach. Learning a martial art is most successful when understanding why and how a technique works not just a series of movements. I have spent 32 years of my life training, teaching and further developing 3 very distinct martial arts forms and systems and now am passing them on through private lessons.
Martial Arts is a way of life and I have guided most of my life by them. Starting at such an early age gave me discipline and confidence to walk into any situation knowing I would be able to handle myself, protect what is mine and the ones I care for. Through the years I have developed a great passion for helping others find this in themselves and teaching them to understand the warriors way!
