About Thomas
We teach a wide range of martial arts as well as personal training, for your specific goals.
I love martial arts and fighting, and I love teaching people how to effectively use natural arts in live situations add well adds get in the shape they've always dreamed of. There is nothing more fun than teaching what you love to people who are excited about it!
People saw how I was doing in competition and asked me to give them private lessons and it grew from there.
I have been doing mma over 6 years and am a professional fighter. The owner of my gym has been training for 30 years and had been fighting and coaching for most of that time.

You can come sign a contract at the gym for regular classes which is the most affordable option or my private lessons are as follows:
In gym
$35 for a half hour
$55 for an hour
If I travel to you (the extra cost is to cover gas and travel time)
