About Austin
I've been doing athletics, firearms and marksmanship, self defense, martial arts and traditional weaponry, physical training and distance running, biking, and swimming basically my whole life. Who wouldn't love to get paid to teach people the things they're passionate about?
I love athletics and have been a martial artist since I was four.
Coached an mma team for five years and loved it!
I have a pretty extensive pedigree as a martial artist and athlete, it would just be better for me to give you the whole thing in person but I will hit the highlights: extensive training in a wide variety of martial arts including but not limited to muay thai, savate kickboxing, tae kwon do, hapkido, judo/jujitso, boxing, as well as a large amount of military, weapons and survival training. I even managed to earn gold as an Olympic qualifying combat for tkd, and a solid winning record as an amateur mixed martial artist.

It would depend on their level of experience and skill but I focus heavily on good fundamentals.
Literally almost every kind you can imagine.
People are most likely to follow advice if you keep it simple so; watch out for people that give off a cultish vibe and aren't focused on your goals.
I recently discovered a kendo-esque medieval weapon fencing sport I really like. I really enjoy running knife fight drills with the padded daggers.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are you honest goals and are they worth putting a ton or work and practice into? Because most people who try to strive for better fitness end up conceding, so motivations are key.
