About Kadeem
I got started teach when I was in High School . It started off as my giving the answer to other students, until I realized that it would be better to just help them understand the concept that way I can help them help themselves. That way I won't be enabling them and they can be self-sufficient l.
I am currently a senior at UNC Charlotte, I've been a Mechanical Engineering major from Freshman - Junior year to which I then switched to Finance & Accounting. I have a rich tutoring background starting from since I was in Highschool helping my fellow class mates to voluntaring to tutor during my time at CPCC to now Tutoring professionally for a company.

Some of my typical process are:
1) Focusing on the concepts, so the student can visual and really understand when giving a question what is being asked of them and how to fundamentally approch the problem.
I have work with students of all ages from as young as 5-6th grade to grown adults looking to continuing their education by going to college.
Advise I would like to give to a student would be to look for someone who is pationate and has a practical and theoretical sense of the concept they are teaching. That way they can appeal to all types of learners and really capitalize and build upon the fundamentals to further clarify any weak points a client may have.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should think about why and how? One of my rule of thumbs when it comes to learning is to questions everything, that way when you do answer all your questions, you can really understand the overall purpose behind the math and questions the problems are asking.
