About Alexander
I really like to see people succeed and I enjoy seeing improvement over time. I'm also very dedicated when it comes to creating lesson plans or sets of practice problems to help a student understand material better.
I really like it when I see students have that "A-HA" moment. I'm also a very results driven person, so to see the improvement from test quiz to quiz or test to test I find that really exciting.
I Tutored with College Nannies and Tutors in New Albany and Olentangy for over a year and offered some additional tutoring help to some family friends in ACT Prep. I am currently one of the coaches for the Reynoldsburg High School Wrestling Team which is also experience i find helpful in tutoring.

Step one is to ask/view what a student is struggling with
Step two is to try some practice problems in the area the student is struggling in
Step three is to hone in on the core of the struggle, for example some algebraic skill or a misunderstanding in the the original way it was taught.
Step four is to explain using a different approach or method or teach the missing piece
Step 5 is practice until understood sometime returning to steps three
