I started tutoring at early on in the second semester of my senior year for calculus and physics. From the get go I felt myself really learning when working with Vivek. His approach of explaining a concept and then incorporating what he taught into practice improved my understanding immensely. His schedule made it easy for me to receive assistance through out the weak after school at times that worked for me. In addition, his assistance in preparing for my AP Calculus has AP Biology exam gave me the practice and confidence I needed to feel prepared. I highly recommend him for tutoring especially for those struggling in the stem field and for those who may have busier schedules.

I would definitely recommend Vivek as a tutor. He was always supportive and never allowed me to get discouraged, and he helped me drastically improve both my math and science scores on the ACT. he helped me learn trigonometry the most, and my math scores improved from 23’s and 24’s to a 27 when I took the test.

JJ is an awesome tutor!!! I got an A in AP Chem with his help. We met weekly and I learned more in our meetings than I did in school. It really helped me stay ahead of the class. There are no chemistry questions I could ask that he didn’t know the answer to, and I asked a lot of questions! He’s also a really cool person and fun to talk with. He’s super understanding. JJ was amazingly helpful with AP Calculus AB. I failed my first calc exam before I saw him, and he helped me bring my grade up to an A- by the end of the semester! Everything was too quick to understand it in class but JJ could explain complicated things (like the chain rule) slowly in a way that made sense. Not only did I do well but I feel like by the end I REALLY understood calculus, even though math isn't my thing. Would highly recommend for anyone taking Calculus!!
