About Gary
I have seen commitment to meditation practice transform my life in an overwhelmingly positive way. As my practice deepens, I feel that sharing the fruits of this practice is a necessary next step for me as an individual.
I have a handful of years of devoted practice using breath and bodily sensations as well as loving-kindness meditation. Using empathy and connection with intention, I can help guide practice with conscientiousness and care.
I love to see growth, as growth is one of my personal core values. Other core values of mine include developing an inward and outward expression of love and peace. I find sharing a relationship with a fellow practitioner in a guidance context is an inspiring activity for both teacher and student.
To deepen my practice I joined teacher training programs and have identified that I have something to offer. The sharing of perennial wisdom is such an important offering that helps both me and the student grow as practitioners.

First we will use a phone or video call for both you and I to fit - we each individually need to feel confident in each other for the relationship to be useful.
If we connect on this level, we can discuss logistics further and I will offer varying degrees of structure depending on what has worked for the student in the past.
If I offer something that does not resonate or you are seeking something that I am not comfortable offering, then we respectfully bow and part ways.
Trust your gut; get clear about your intention to best assess fit; ask directly what the teacher's intention is.
A recent insight I had:
I realized that nothing I am struggling with in my life is happening right here, right now; all the things I get worked up about are reactions to the past or the illusion of the future.
