About Molly
I am a professional life coach with a unique and diverse set of gifts. Meditation, yoga, and deep relaxation practices are among the holistic health practices I specialize in to help individuals find greater peace of mind, clarity, and balance. Clients can work with me 1-1 (in person or virtual) or in group online meditation classes.
I went to Georgetown University undergrad and hold a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington. I spent 23+ years in nonprofit administration before leaping into a new career as a professional life coach and holistic health practitioner.
I call myself an Ambassador of Joy. Why? Because joy offers a lot of benefits and creatively solves a lot of problems.

I have the privilege of guiding people into the deepest parts of themselves. The answers and guidance people seek are already within, but it can be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to hear our own wisdom and truth when we are overwhelmed by life circumstances or simply stuck in a certain mindset. We all need someone to reflect back to us what we can't see or hear on our own. The coaching model I use is life changing in the most beautiful of ways.
