About
I, Valerie Dalati, am an accredited organization development consultant with 15+ years of experience
focused on building and empowering professionals and organizations through effective: Leadership
& Development - Human Capital – Corporate Communications - Events Design & International
Relations, services.
Through my achievements, I have led executives and mobilized teams through effective talent
management systems, psychometric assessments and executive human capital and compliance
programs. I have created full fledged learning and development (L&D) solutions for multinational
corporations and international environments that engage more than 1,000 learners, I have also led
the design, delivery & ROI (Return On Investment) of several learning methodologies and
technologies. Specific examples are related to minimizing operational errors by integrating learning
practices in technical customer service systems as well as shifting the corporate culture of
organizations and teams from silos communications and operations to integrated and engaging
cross functional dynamic team working, open to learning, solution driven and result focused
performance.
Moreover, I have stretched my experience towards creating and planning several learning and
corporate events such as conferences, career fairs, gala dinners with a particular dedication to
wellness and wellbeing by planning team outings and retreats.
Last but not least, I always had a dedication toward social work and to contributing to the bettering
of communities, thus working extensively with NGO’s on humanitarian based programs and
projects, as well as community based conferences like for example one of my Themed Conference
titled “Arts In Business” which highlighted the importance of integrating and boosting artistic and
cultural awareness and outreach in businesses and in society in addition to several other initiatives.
