I Have 20 years of security experience, and have secured everything from grass root diplomats to high end entertainment venues, into which, all were incident free. Well, first I emphasize Avoiding a situation if at all possible because most people don’t understand how to disarm a person mentally before resulting to a physical confrontation. Understanding that life is real I understand the need to properly defend yourself. I Focus on Diet, coupled with the Basic Fundamentals of Muay Thai. Repetitive emphasis on the Basic Fundamentals is the key to so-called Mastery. I say so-called because All Masters have questions.
