About Priyanshi
Hi! I’m Priyanshi, a friendly, patient and enthusiastic person who genuinely enjoys helping students understand subjects that may initially seem difficult or confusing.
I believe that learning is much more effective when students feel 'comfortable, encouraged and involved' in the process. My approach is not simply to teach a topic and move on, but to make sure the student actually understands it, knows how to apply it, and feels confident doing it independently.
I offer support in 'Maths, English and Science', including areas such as 'Trigonometry and Statistics', for students from Primary level through to GCSE.
I understand that every student has different strengths, weaknesses and ways of learning. Some students may need a topic explained in a completely different way, while others may simply need more practice and encouragement. I therefore adapt my lessons to the individual student rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
I like to make lessons **interactive and engaging**, using real-life examples, questions, discussions, step-by-step explanations, quizzes and exam-style practice where appropriate. I also encourage students to ask questions and make mistakes without feeling embarrassed, because I believe mistakes are an important part of learning.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them develop 'confidence, problem solving skills and a positive attitude towards learning'. Seeing a student go from saying “I don't understand this” to confidently solving a question themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of tutoring for me.
Whether you need help catching up on a difficult topic, preparing for an upcoming exam, strengthening your foundations, or simply becoming more confident in a subject, I would be happy to support you and work towards your individual goals.
I look forward to learning with you!

I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I see mistakes as an important part of learning, so I create a supportive environment where students can work things out without feeling embarrassed or pressured.
Clear, step-by-step explanations
Real-life examples and relatable situations
Worked examples followed by independent practice
Question-and-answer activities
Short quizzes and knowledge checks
Exam-style questions and past-paper practice
Interactive problem-solving
Regular recap of previously learnt topics
Different explanations when a concept doesn't initially make sense
Most importantly...
I want students to finish each lesson feeling that they have learnt something new, understood something that previously seemed difficult, and become a little more confident than when they started.
My lessons are designed to be friendly and encouraging while still being structured and focused, with the student's individual goals always at the centre.
