About William
Hi! I'm Will. I'm a Personal Trainer here in Chicago, and I specialize in improving the strength, health, and physical appearince of those that are willing to put in the work. The thing that sets me apart as a trainer is my experience when it comes to one on one, or semi-private strength training. No matter your current fitness level, or limitations, I have likely helped someone in your shoes become a stronger, fitter, more confident version of themselves while minimizing injury. On top of my hands on expeirince I hold multiple certifications from the National Institute of Sports Medicine, the International Sports Science Assosiation, as well as a BS in biomechanics from the University of New Mexico. In my 10 years of training I have worked with a wide range of clients including but not limited to professional athletes, busy professionals, and those with a complicated injury history. I look forward to working with you next!

After our initial contact you will be scheduled for a consultation a Fitpro West (564 W. Jackson Ave.) During our initial consultation we will chat about your goals, training limitations, training history, and get to know eachother. During this consultation we will also go through some basic drills on the gym floor so I can get a full picture on how to best help you. After this first consult, we will schedule a 45-60 minute introductory session, this session will give you an idea of how I work, and what a workouts will look like going on. After our Intro workout we will decide upon a package option that suits you best based on training needs, schedule, and budget. After that, the rest is history! Our training will begin.
