All programs start with a complementary consultation which involves the following: lifestyle questionniare, needs analysis as it pertains to goals, biometrics, static & dynamic posture and a cardiovascular assessment.
From there, I build out the program that supports the client goals. In addition to in person or virtual sessions, I give one additonal day of homework as well as guidance on cardio and lifestyle habits. All of this is customized per the needs of the individual.
Reassessments occur every 2-4 weeks and are included in the package price. I have single session and package options available for purchase.

Training with Stephanie for 4 years was one of the best investments I have ever made. I learned so much about nutrition and healthy habit building, increased my strength and mobility, and made several positive changes to my overall health. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and always put careful thought into customizing my programming. I highly recommend working with Stephanie to enhance your overall health and wellbeing.
She asks in-depth questions about my goals and also about any injuries. Stephanie works hard to get me where I want to be and changes workouts each session to continue progressing towards my goal. As far as my injury, she gives me stretches to keep working on to help.
