Understand that it will not be easy no matter what and the first step is always the hardest so you'll need someone to push you. But also make sure that YOUR TRAINER understands where your limits are (not you lol) and how far to go beyond them. Because if the mind is not strong enough to body will not continue past your barrier. However, We as trainers are skilled at raising the bar.
I was involved in a calisthenics event on Detroit's west side and won first place in push ups with 108 pushups in 60 Seconds!
