About Eric
Eric’s passion for fitness started when he was very young. He started playing Baseball when he was 5 years old. He continued his Baseball career through college, and transitioned into Marathon running, obstacle course races, and strength training soon after. Eric knew he had a passion for fitness and working with likeminded people. For the past 8 years Eric has helped many people reach their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. His success as a coach has come from his uplifting energy & dedication to his craft.
Eric is well versed in many different areas of fitness & Health. Eric certified in Kettlebells, Precision Nutrition, Pre/Postnatal, and Trigger Point Therapy. These are just a few tools Eroc loves to teach with.
Eric is certified though American Council on Exercise. Eric certifications include, KettleBell 1 & 2 advanced, Trigger Point therapy, Precision Nutrion, Pre/Postnatal. Eric has also tough years of group classes and strength courses.

The first most important element for me as a coach is to sit down and get to know the person in front of me. After that I dive into the reason they are there. I then like to help develop S.M.A.R.T goals. Which stands for. Specific, Measurable, Atainable, Relevant, Time bound. Once the goals have been set I dive a little deeper and want to understand the "why" behind each goal. For example, why do you want to get more fit? Then we schedule our 1st workout which is complimentary.
