About Alan
I have a long history of working in the Arts coupled with over 24 years of fitness training experience that includes working with several prominent fitness companies in New York as well as seven years experience working with visually impaired people and two years of American Sign Language studies. I stand tall with my professional commitment to continuous education for both the trainer and the client, enabling successful improvement in health and fitness lifestyles through ongoing positive changes.
