About Rona
I talk to my client first, then come up with a plan of action WITH them, so they're involved and comfortable from the start. I have a background in food, as well, having gone to culinary school and taken nutrition classes. I specialize in the over 40 crowd, as their body and functional needs are different than younger people. I got my first certification in 1998
I have a BA in Advertising with a Minor in Phys Ed from the Pennsylvania State University. Certifications from Marymount Manhattan College, NASM and ACSM.

When a new client contacts me, I suggest meeting for a 20 minute chat (free of charge), to see if we're compatible. I ask a series of questions, share my background and we go from there. I customize my workouts, based on medical history and the physical tests I do. We may work in strength, balance, muscle weakness and body imbalances, along with any dietary concerns and bad habits.
