About Bj
What makes my service unique is I'm not just putting you through drills getting you tired and having you go about your day. Every single movement we work is related to Game movements. I am very detailed in my training sessions, strategic, I train to be the best. This is a calling on mine. I am very gifted at what I do and I believe I am the best at what I do. I also am providing recruiting services.
I enjoy the development of the athlete I'm training and the relationship building. I enjoy molding and grooming a great athlete, person of character, and helping you become the best product on the field to go to the next level. My training is for anyone who is willing to put in the work necessary to be the best they can be. I provide quality training that's why I don't train for cheap. I have been doing this work for 5 years, I am an experienced player myself, Professional DB (Arena), 2x All Conference College Defensive Back, All State RB/WR in High School. I have a strong passion for football and giving my knowledge of the game back to my athletes. This is something I truly enjoy though I don't take lightly, so come ready to work have fun, focus, and enjoy the process.
Been teaching for some years been a passion of mines for a while always trained back at home kids growing up younger than me so now I decided to turn it into a profession.
The experience I have in this field is that I have played the game of football and basketball for over 20 years, in high school I finished number 1 RB in my state leading the state in Rushing and becoming and All-State RB and DB. I also went off to college played in the juco National Championship game and earned my self quite a few full ride scholarships where I earned great attention from NFL and CFL coaches a major injury my senior year effected that. Basketball I am a 5x National champions and 3 state champion I have a few close friends in the NBA that I played with trained with so I have always been around the game and know the game very well.

First day I put you through basic fundamentals and technique work no matter what sport to test how good your moving and what mechanics we need to fix, as far as the weight room I will put your through a workout with little to no weight require to test your strength and see exactly what your strengths and weaknesses are.
I have worked with Professional athletes and with kids all the way down to the age of 5. With also with adults 40 years plus who just wanted to get in shape.
I would say don't just go to anyone, be aware of those trainers who are looking to just get a dollar from you, understand if they are rushing through a workout or drills they don't have your best interest at heart. Which means you aren't learning the proper technique and skills that will take your game to the next level. I will also give you situational knowledge and let you know when and exactly how to defeat your opponent which most don't slow down to teach because your on clock.
Event I am most fond of is a free event where I hosted a 7 on 7 for the kids gave away free food free merchandise and just had a great time.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask them how much is being taught fundamentally, what knowledge is being given during the workout session, do you actually see real progress from the people you train and do you treat them all with the same passion and love as you do so with the so called "Elite" clients.
