About Katrina
I am a yoga practitioner of two and half years and a new yoga teacher currently enrolled in a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour yoga teacher training at Indigo Yoga.
Yoga has had a huge positive impact on my life from a physical, mental, and spiritual perspective. It is my mission to share the practice with other yogis to help improve their own lives.
I work with students at the beginner and intermediate levels. The styles of yoga I teach include vinyasa and yin yoga. For one-on-one sessions, my aim is to work with student's individual needs (examples: pain relief, increase flexibility, reduce anxiety) to construct a practice specific to them, and for them to take the tools learned in class to further deepen their yoga practice.
