About Jill
Thank you for your interest in my profile!
I teach a 30 year old non-impact mobility, flexibility and strengthening program unique to central Ohio called Essentrics. Every workout is designed to balance the body, increase range of motion around the joints and improve balance reflexes.
I have been certified for 3 years and have achieved top certification (Level 4) but have been practicing Essentrics for 8 years.
Essentrics can be described as a combination of ballet, tai chi and physiotherapy techniques. We include standing, Barre and floor work. All routines are set to music to be used as a technique to allow the body to relax to achieve maximum flexibility and in turn strength.
My passion is to help you achieve your goals of looking slim, increasing flexibility, improving your balance, improving your posture, increasing stamina, and balancing your body’s systems to improve or eliminate pain. I will also help you to “age backwards” by increasing blood flow and fluids to all muscles, bones, joints and connective tissues.
