I have a BS-Professional degree as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Kinesiology.
I am a certified Fitness Trainer. I am a certified Russian Kettlebell Challenge instructor, level II.
I am a certified Functional Movement Screen instructor.
I am a former Pain Management Specialist.
I am a certified Health Minister.

You will set an appointment for a 'Starter' Session. Here we will do measurements, perform a bodyfat assessment and then do a Functional Movement Screen.
The Screen tells me how you move. This is vital for your training. If you have movement issues, you are more likely to get injured. The measurements give us something to quantify. We can track your progress over time.
After this appointment, we set your schedule for the week and start the process! You will get better if you do the work.

Details
I provide one-hour and half-hour long one-on-one sessions.
One hour runs $70; Half-hour runs $35.
As clients reach their goals, they frequently move into Group Coaching. This is where they continue with supervised training in a semi-private format. Group Coaching is still targeted toward each individual's needs and progresses at each individual's pace. The instructor moves around working with each client to help with form and perfomance. Group Coaching is priced based on the number of sessions you attend for the month. For example, if you come 3 times a month you would pay $120 for the month. Thats $10 per 1 hour session! And with semi private coaching!
