About John
I've been a photographer in the NYC area for over 25 years. I have worked in all aspects of the photography industry, but still I continue to work on my fine art and documentary projects to fuel my passion for the medium.
I look forward to passing on the joys, discipline and understanding for photography to a new generation of aspiring photographers and filmmakers.
I've been published numerous times in magazines and online, organized and been a part of many exhibits worldwide and my images have graced the covers of book covers (Eat Pray Love is one of mine!).
I graduated from the School of Visual Arts in NYC with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. Recently I completed a two month program on Documentary Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy in Downtown NYC.
One of my films, 46mm is currently up for numerous film festivals globally (it'll be screening at a Quebec Film Fest in July).
