About Rosamond
Have taught all ages, all levels for over 55 years. I teach classical and composition. I teach in a positive manner and aim at keeping music fun for all. You will learn piano in a new and speedy way.Lessons are student oriented. These lessons are truly joyous! My husband and I established a Piano School in Vermont. We lived in a 42 room house with 34 pianofortes. We created piano schools in Canada and in the Caribbean.
My students are rhythmically secure and musical. I have sent many a student to Juilliard and other major music schools. I teach online which means I can teach you no matter where you live or what country. I speak 4 languages, especially piano! I can't brag anymore - too many awards to list them.
My website is rosamondvandeLinde.com
I simply love all my students.
I started teaching before I even got lessons myself. I always knew a piano teacher was what I wanted to be.
I majored in music at Bennington College, playing the piano and clarinet. I also studied composition with Louis Calabro

I must disvover exactly where that student is within the piano playing. I also need to know about the personality of my students so I can teach them in the manner best for them.

It was a joyous day when I read the article in the "Daily Sun" about Rosamond van der Linde the highly accomplished piano teacher living in The Villages. Barely a moment passed before I rushed to the phone to make an appointment to discuss the possibility of an eighty-year-old resuming piano lessons after a sixty year hiatus.
That was three years ago and I've been thoroughly enjoying stimulating lessons with Rosamond ever since. Not only have I learned so much but we've had so much fun in the process. I look forward to each lesson and actually look forward to practicing each day. What a treat! Pat Prutz.
