About Chris
The training we provide is Principle-based (as opposed to techniques) because Conflict is Fluid. The variables from one situation to the next are not repeatable.
Our curriculum is condensed and simplified into a few acronyms making it easier to remember the Principles so you can practice. We avoid impractical movements that do little more than boost an ego when working with cooperative training partners.
Our purpose is giving you the mental, physical and emotional competency to avoid bad situations and get safely out of one when you're faced with a threat to your safety, outside a controlled environment, with no rules, against a real threat. You need Conditioned Responses.

Empowering individuals to gain the confidence and competence to escape a criminal threat is profoundly gratifying.
As a martial arts student, I became an instructor and competitor when I was 16 (1986).
