About Jeffrey
For 25 years I've helped "everyday athletes" from all positions in life succeed and excel at getting more from their bodies in an intelligent sustainable way. In these post quarantine/covid times I bring a pathway to physical mental and emotional wellness! We have to take care of ourselves and our families now more than ever and it may as well be fun!
A unique facet of my skill set and the way I bring results to my students is drawing from several martial art styles,like Kung fu, tai chi, jujitsu & boxing as well as gymnastics, specialty stretching, yoga, a bit of Pilates and some freestyle agility and balance techniques. I design programs for kids parents and grandparents. Smart, fun, effective, different! You've never had this workout before!
My "Better than gym class" workout is hot right now. Getting kids and families moving when it's needed most!
I love seeing people succeed and grow and flourish by having fitness and exercise in their lives. Helping my athletes overcome challenges or obstacles that are almost all self imposed and seeing them improve physically and mentally through my programs is rewarding everyday. I would do my work for free if I could and feel blessed to share and learn from my clients.
I've had a passion for fitness since childhood
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 25 years with ACE, the American Council on Exercise
I am an ACE Certified Sports Conditioning Specialist
I am a TPI Level 3 Certified Golf Fitness Instructor
I am also a TPI Level 2 Junior Golf Conditioning Specialist
I am a teacher of San Lung Tao Martial Arts with the title Shihan and rank of 5th Dan. I teach skills in jujutsu, boxing, kung fu, karate, judo and weapons

For fitness all my programs begin with extensive history and review of past experiences with exercise & sports, interests, strengths, weaknesses, injuries, fears, successes and failures.
Once I have some understanding of a new client's history we lay a framework for setting short and long term goals and get busy. Positive action for positive results. For 25 years I've helped people reach goals they thought impossible. No tricks or b.s. just consistent intelligent focused effort. I work with adults and with kids and always try to keep it fun
The martial arts program can be molded in many different ways based on interest and ability.
Children to seniors, beginners to professional athletes and everyone in between.
Lately my life has been dominated by the isolation of Covid and my focus has been on helping people stay active in these difficult times. I arranged a group of kids to do "gym class" together virtually and not just stay moving but maintain contact and positive interactions with their friends and peers.
