About Catrina
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 8 years. My personal practice has helped me grow physically and mentally both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
Certified through Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200, I completed my teacher training at Spirit Rising in Brighton, MI. I will always be a student of the practice and love learning new things each day.
My teaching style is non-judgemental, goal oriented, and authentic. In my classes you will not hear much Sanskrit, and I love to laugh and grow with my students. My goal is for you to step off the mat, returning to your life and loved ones, feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
I have a fully equipped private studio downtown Chelsea MI and also travel to my clients location.

My favorite part of teaching private yoga is creating sessions dedicated to my clients needs. The creative work combined with helping them work towards their goals and needs is truly gratifying to me.
I am certified & insured through Yoga Alliance. I currently am RYT200 with continuing education.
